1. How will my package be shipped?
Your parcel can be shipped by FedEx, UPS, DHL or EMS. Delivery charge will be billed to the invoice once the weight of parcel is obtained.
Or you can use your nominated courier company and provide us with your courier account number for shipment arrange.
2.How do I know that my item has been shipped?
We will inform you the tracking number once the parcel has been sent.
3. May I return the products if I am dissatisfied?
In case there is any manufacturing faults, we are pleased to repair the goods for you within three months after you receive the goods. Additional charge for the repair will be applied if the process is complicated. No refund is accepted for all the case.
